When Purchasing A Wig Service
In regards PRIOR to shipping out your hair - Once you have purchased a wig service from us, if you choose to cancel a wig service, you will be refunded your money.
Always make sure that you are certain that you want to order before shipping out your hair.
All sales are final on custom made wigs!
Before you send me your hair, make sure you WASH it unless you want me to wash it for you for an additional fee. Please notify me if you want me to wash and condition your hair for you PRIOR to sending me your hair. Your hair must also be completely DRY prior to shipping it to me as well. Also, please label the length of each bundle so I can identify how long each bundle is.
You will be sending your hair to my P.O. Box so please DON'T use packaging boxes. Please use medium to large envelopes because big packaging boxes don't fit in my po box.
When shipping me your hair, you have to use USPS Mailing because other mailing companies such as Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL don't deliver to P.O boxes.
*When shipping your wig out to you, a standard shipping fee will be required. All packages have to be signed for. If you would like Express Shipping, you will have to pay $27 (ONLY WITHIN THE U.S.).*
Our business days are Monday - Friday. Business days does not include weekends or holidays.
We only ship Monday-Friday. We don't ship on weekends or holidays.
We use United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mailing. We currently only ship within the U.S and territories. You should receive your package within 2-3 business days.
*All customers who live in the state of VIRGINIA or if you are shipping your order to Virginia, you will be required to pay 6% sales tax. This only applies to the state of Virginia. Any other states do not have to pay for sales tax.*
We only ship to confirmed addresses in Paypal. Please make sure that you provide your correct address. If you do not provide your correct address, this will cause a delay in regards to you receiving your package. If the address you provided is incorrect and is returned back to me undelivered, you will be required to pay for shipping inorder for me to ship your wig out to you again.
We are not responsible for any shipment delays or lost/stolen packages.
Shipment delays may apply due to the holidays or weather conditions.
